Application

Beverly Hills Condominium Number 5, Inc. (Corporation 5) is the governing body for Buildings G and H at 5300 Washington Street.  Corporation 5 requires that at least one resident be at least 55 years of age, and that no children under 17 may live in the complex.  No pets are allowed unless they are Emotional Support Animals. You cannot rent the unit for two years after purchase.  New buyers must provide an escrow of one year's condo fee payments, which Corporation 5 will return after three years. Beverly Hills Condominiums has a 99-year lease (monthly cost of $10 per unit, included in the Condo fee). You are encouraged to read the Condominium Documents before purchasing and the Rules and Regulations before seeking residency. 

 

Prospective residents must submit a written application to Corporation 5 and attend an orientation interview before leasing or purchasing a unit. Certificates of Approval are provided after the orientation interview. Orientation interviews will be scheduled only after all paperwork and the $100.00 application fee are received and processed. No application will be processed without all the required items.  The Board of Directors is allowed 15 days to process completed applications and schedule the required interview.
